Ingredients

1 large red onion/ 2 small yellow onions
2 garlic cloves
1 inch piece fresh ginger
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp coriander
water ( 1/2 cup divided)
1 lb ground chicken
1/4 yogurt ( extra for topping)
1/2 cup frozen peas
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Directions
1. Slice half of red onion or one small yellow onion.
2. Into food processor, a remaining onion, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander and 1/4 water. Process until past forms.
3. Warm 1 tbs olive oil in pan. Add sliced onions and
cook until soft and slightly golden brown.
4. Add "paste" to onions and cook 8-10 minutes.
5. Then add ground chicken and saute until all meat is cooked.
6. To 1/4 yogurt , add 1/4 water. Blend into chicken and cook about 2 minutes.
7. Add peas, cilantro and salt and pepper.
Serving Size: makes 4 generous portions
