Ingredients

    1Hungry Girl Rosemary & Olive Oil Flat Out Bread
    .5 tbsp Reduced Fat Mayo
    .5 tsp Dijon Mustard
    1 slice Red Tomato Diced
    1 small to medium green onion (scallion) sliced
    1 med to large mushroom quartered and sliced
    .25 cup Feta Cheese (Can use reduced fat Feta to lower Calorie of pizza slightly)

Tips

You can really use any toppings you want. The main idea of this recipe is the flat out bread as a good choice for a low carb low calorie crust. And the Feta and mayo/mustard sauce compliment each other.


Directions

Preheat oven or toaster oven to 400. Mix the mayo and mustard together and spread on the flat out bread. Top with Veggies and lastly the feta cheese on top of the veggies. Bake for 5 minutes or until the edges of the flat out bread are just golden brown.
