Organic beef and vegetable soup

Ingredients

    Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled, 8 oz (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    Celery, raw, 6 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove)
    Kirkland Frozen Stir Fry Vegetables (3 oz serving), 170 gram(s) (remove)
    kale - Glory chopped kale, fresh, 1 cup (remove)
    Chicken Broth, 4 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)


Tips

I use individual spices: thyme, basil, oregano-1/2 tsp. each and 1 bay leaf


Directions

Brown onion and ground meat. Place all ingredients in a Dutch oven or Crockpot,add salt and pepper to taste. Cook until spices and ingredients are well blended and tender.
