Ingredients

1 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
2.5 C Cooked Spaghetti or pasta of your liking
2 C White Beans
2.5 C Frozen Cut Spinach
.5 C Vegan Cream Cheese Alternative
.5 C Soy Milk
1 Block Extra Firm Tofu cut into pea size pieces or crumble well
.5 C Nutritional Yeast Flakes
Tips
.75 of a serving is better for a smaller meal.
Nutritional yeast flakes are a great way to add more buttery, cheesy flavor and a lot of protein.
Directions
Cook pasta according to package. Drain and set aside.
In same pot over medium heat, thaw spinach over medium heat.
Add vegan cream cheese, tofu, white beans, seasoning, nutritional yeast flakes and soy milk. Mix well.
Mix in pasta coating well. Serve immediately.
