Ingredients

    step 1
    .5 c egg makers
    1c 2% milk
    1 Tb. whiskey (yes, thats right)
    1/3 c. stevia
    2 tbsp. cinnamon
    top with sugar free maple syrup.
    step 2
    1 granny smith apple pealed and cored. sliced very fine
    4 slices french bread or dense bread of your choice


Tips

original recipe said 25 mins. I'd bake it 35.
This has no additional fat nor salt included in it.
The whiskey or bourbon is opptional. I used 1 tbs. the conversion chart only allowed for oz.


Directions

I find it easer to do this with an 8 x 8 baking pan combine all ingredients.Mix well, Except bread and apple slices Then -
Place 4 slices of bread and allow to soak for 10 mins Il used the same pan you might want a different one(I don't like to wash dishes!) arrange the apple slices over the top of each piece of bread. sprinkle with more cinnamon, add more stevia if you like.
