Introduction

This combo of fruits and veggies can be added to smoothies or drank as a juice. This combo of fruits and veggies can be added to smoothies or drank as a juice.

Ingredients

    4 oranges, peeled and segmented
    1 whole tomato, large
    1 med. sized zucchini, unpeeled
    1/3 lg. cucumber, peeled
    1 cup sliced strawberries
    1 med. apple, cored, not peeled

Tips

Good as a juice when first prepared. Afterward, I store in the refrigerator and add 1/2 cup to my smoothies.


Directions

No cooking, simply place in your blender, and gradually go up to high speed. Blend for about 3 minutes or as needed. It will depend on the power of your blender, as I have a VitaMix.
