Introduction
These are okay, but at least there is more protein than what is in the traditional Rice Krispie bar. I used 180 Almond Cashew Pops with Cranberries, which made the taste more interesting. Ingredients

1 1/2 C 180 Almond Cashew Pops With Cranberries; otherwise use Rice Krispies Cereal
2 servings of fruit and nut mix ( I make my own of 1T dried cranberries, 1T raisins and 1T sunflower seeds per serving)
2T butter
2T honey
1/2 C quick oats
1/2 t vanilla extract
56 g (2 scoops) rice protein powder (vanilla flavored preferred)
Tips
You may find you need to add a little more moisture. Do so sparingly, or they will be too wet.
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 F
Mix all ingredients together; they should be sticky and well covered.
Place in 9x9 pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Let cool for a few minutes before cutting and removing from pan.
Serving Size: Makes 16 2" pieces or 12 larger pieces if you prefer.
