1.5 cups whole wheat flour, 2 eggs, 0.5 t. salt, 1.5 T water
Directions
mix all ingredients in food processor until it forms a ball. split into 4 sections and work them one at a time. roll out as thin as you can, let rest for ten minutes. then cut. cook in boiling water for 2-4 minutes (until al dente).
