Introduction

Easy and delicious low carb turkey soup. Easy and delicious low carb turkey soup.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    3 quarts of homemade(or can) turkey broth
    leftover turkey breast, shredded
    3 stalks chopped celery
    10 chopped baby carrots
    1 medium chopped onion
    2 cups fresh mushrooms
    2 cans no salt added tomatoes
    3 whole garlic cloves
    poultry seasoning
    garlic powder
    salt and pepper

Directions

Add all ingredients to a large pan. Season to taste. I put in approximately 2.5 tsp of poultry seasoning, 1 tsp of garlic powder, lots of pepper and just a bit of salt. Everyone's tastes vary, so season it to what taste great for you.
Simmer for 30 to 40 minutes.
