Ingredients

4 Hard Boiled Egg
2 Tbsp. Hellmans Light Mayo
2 tsp. Guldens Spicy Brown Mustard
1/4 tsp. Onion powder
1/4 tsp. Garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Paprika
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
Tips
Feel free to experiment with spices, or by adding chopped green onions or chives.
Directions
1) Bring 2 or 3 cups of water to a boil with the eggs in it. Once the water comes to a boil, remove from heat and cover. Let sit for 15-20 minutes. This is the way to make a perfect hard boiled egg... you don't actually boil the egg to death.
2) Peel and dice the egg and yolks.
3) Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
4) Serve on bread, toast, crackers, lettuce leaves, etc.
