Ingredients

1 large egg (per the egg board) 50g, 8 serving (remove)
Spinach, fresh, 1 package (10 oz) (remove)
*Cheese (parmesean), 4 tbsp (remove)
*sweet yellow onion, raw (1 medium onion), 1 serving (remove)
*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
Garlic powder, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
Sautee onion in olive oil until soft.
Add spinach and wilt.
Leave spinach and onion in a colander to drain excess water and cool.
Meanwhile, beat eggs with parmesean cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Spray pie pan with cooking spray (glass works best so you can see the bottom of the quiche).
Arrange cooled spinach/onion mixture at the bottom, evenly.
Pour egg mixture over spinach/onion.
Bake at 325 until eggs are JUST set in the middle, and bottom is golden.
Serving Size: Makes 8 slices
