These taste very good, but are very hard to cook...the batter is too runny and falls apart when I try to flip them in the frying pan. - 8/20/08

VERY tasty -- I will make these again. I had the opposite problem of another reviewer: the batter was too thick, making it hard to tell when they done cooking. I added a couple Tbsp of milk and that solved the problem. - 6/5/11

Delicious! Even my husband liked them! I used whole wheat pastry flour so they'd be fluffier. Served with blueberry "syrup" (fresh blueberries cooked in the microwave until they explode!) they were yummy. I had no trouble cooking or flipping them. I froze the rest to eat during the week. - 3/14/10
