Ingredients

    Pork Chops boneless
    Salt and Pepper
    Cooking spray
    cream of mushroom soup
    onion dip
    milk
    mushrooms
    onions

Tips

Can prepare recipe and refrigerate over night. The next day place in oven while you pick up children, and do chores. Dinner will be ready when you are.


Directions

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
2. Cut onion, and mushrooms.
3. Rinse Pork chops with water. Season with salt and pepper and cayenne pepper(if you want a bit of kick).
4. In a skillet spray nonstick spray and brown pork chops on both sides for about 4 minutes.
5. Remove browned pork chops from skillet and place in a 9x12 baking pan.
6. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl including cut veggies and poor over pork chops.
7. Place foil over baking dish and bake in oven for 3-4 hours. Once pork chops are done they will fall apart and no pink will be detected.

Serving Size: 6 pork chops with a cup of sauce
