Ingredients

    4 pork chops cut off bone into bite-size pieces
    1 med yellow onion, chopped
    1 each red, green yellow pepper, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 cups tomato sauce
    2 cups beef broth
    salt and pepper to taste

Tips

You can also add herbs or spices such as cumin or oregano to give it a different flavor.


Directions

brown pork with peppers and onion until pork is lightly browned, add garlic, saute for 2 minutes then add remaining ingredients. Cook on low simmer for 1 hour. Serve over rice.
