Ingredients

    9 Eggs
8 Oz Ground Sausage (about half of a tube)
1/4 Cup grated cheese (more or less)

Tips

I individually wrapped these and placed them in a bowl in the fridge for easy access. They can be eaten cold, but taste better when reheated about 15 seconds in the microwave.

Directions

Brown sausage on stovetop. Drain and place a small amount into the bottom of each muffin tin until you run out. Beat eggs in a bowl (may add salt or cream if desired). Pour a small amount of eggs into each muffin tin. They will puff up, so there is no need to fill to the top. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 until eggs are done. Took about 10 or so minutes.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 9 muffins depending on the size of the pan.
