Ingredients

    8 oz noodles
    1lb shrimp, fresh or frozen
    2 tbsp cream cheese (can use reduced fat)
    1c low sodium broth
    5 oz frozen spinach, thawed and moisture removed
    3/4c parmesan cheese, grated
    2 cloves garlic
    pepper to taste

Directions

1. cook noodles according to directions-do not salt water.
2. heat large skillet medium to high heat.
3. melt cream cheese with broth about 3-4 minutes until mixture is blended well.
4. add parmesan, garlic. Add pepper to taste
5. add shrimp and stir until cooked through, then add spinach and stir well. Heating all thoroughly.
Serve over noodles.
