Introduction

My son created this one because I was tired after a rough day at work. My son created this one because I was tired after a rough day at work.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    5 Chicken breasts
    1 pkg udon noodles
    1 C broccoli
    1 C celery
    1 C mushrooms
    2 T garlic cooking sauce
    2 T soya sauce

Directions

Boil noodles.
Meanwhile, cut chicken in chunks and stir fry in soya sauce.
Add broccoli and celery and cook until tender.
Drain noodles
Add noodles and mushroomss to stir fry. Stir in garlic sauce. Heat through.
