Ingredients
-
-1 1/2 Cups Crispy Rice Cereal
-1/2 cup Parmesan grated cheese
-1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
-2 egg whites Optional(Liquid Egg White 1/4 cup)
-2 pounds of Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast cut into 16 2oz pieces
Tips
- For a complete dinner , serve with fresh carrots, sliced cucumbers and/or corn on the cob
-For a different texture and flavor substitute the crispy rice with corn flakes in Step 1.
- For a buttery taste drizzle 1/4 cup melted butter over chicken before baking
-you can use Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs as well.
-Attention any alterations to the recipe will change the calorie intake.
Directions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Combine the rice cereal, Parmesan and ranch salad dressing mix in a large bowl.
Step 2: Place beaten egg whites in a medium bowl. Dip each piece of chicken breast in the egg whites and coat them evenly.
Step 3: Arrange the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet. Bake until golden and juices run clear when chicken is pierced with a knife. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve Hot and enjoy!
