All ingredients are approximate measures:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Biscuits will need to bake approximately 12-15 minutes. I did drop biscuits but you can also roll them out and cut them with a biscuit cutter or glass.
2 cups flour
1 TBSP baking powder
pinch of salt
**any other pepper, seasoning, etc.
Approximate 1/2 to 3/4 cup of plan yogurt. Mix your dry ingredients first, than stir in yogurt by the dolop until it starts to moisten the dry mix--crumbles.
Add milk until you get it to the right consistency.
I added garlic and cheddar cheese to one batch. Another I diced up apples and sauted them with a little bit of butter, cinammon and maple syrup. I added a little bit of honey to the dough and stirred it all together. Did the drop method for making the biscuits as well.
Directions
mix dry ingredients, blend in wet and drop on a cookie sheet (lined with parchment of the silicon baking sheet) and bake them. Yummy!
