Ingredients

    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 6 oz. can tomato paste
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 onion, chopped
    3/4 cup water

    8 oz. cooked egg noodles
    8 oz. 1/3 fat cream cheese
    3/4 cup skim milk
    1/4 cup parmesan

Directions

Brown beef with onions and green pepper. Add salt and pepper, tomato paste, and water.
Cook noodles....melt cream cheese with 3/4 cup milk and parmesan. Mix with noodles. Layer noodles, meat mixture, then noodles, and then meat. Sprinkle with parmesan and bake in a 9 X 9 greased baking dish at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.(uncovered)
