Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    4 1/2c or 6oz gluten free fusilli (Dellalo)
    1 can water packed tuna, drained,rinsed and flaked
    1c each ff sour cream and light mayo
    1/2c grated parmesan cheese
    1/2 milk ( I use unsweeted Silk almond)
    1 tsp dijon mustard
    2c frozen broccoli florets
    1/2c chopped red pepper
    1/2c green onion slices

Tips

Can sprinkle GF Panko bread crumbs over top if desired (add to tracker).


Directions

heat oven to 350, Cook pasta according to directions, adding broccoli to boiling water as well, drain when al dente. Meanwhile in large bowl stir together sour cream, mayo, mustard, milk, and parmesan cheese, pepper to taste. Add hot noodles with broccoli, tuna, red peppers, and green onion. Stir until evenly blended. Pour into greased round 2 qt casserole dish. Cover and bake for 0-45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
