Ingredients

    CAKE
    2 Cups Self-Rising Flour
    1 1/2 Cup Nevella Zero-Calorie Sweetener
    6 Ounces Kroger CarbMaster Black Forest Cake Yogurt
    2 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
    1/4 Cup Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup
    3 Tbsp Cool Whip Lite
    1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 Large Egg
    1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
    1/2 Cup Water (More or less as needed)

    ICING
    1/2 Cup Cool Whip Lite
    2 Tbsp Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup
    1 Tbsp Nevella Zero Calorie Sweetener
    1/2 Tsp Cinnamon (More or Less to Taste)

Tips

*You can replace the chocolate syrup and cinnamon with CarbMaster Strawberry Yogurt, Caramel Spice Cake Yogurt, Blackberry Yogurt, etc. to create something that tastes a little like a flavored cream cheese frosting.


Directions

Preheat oven to 400 f. In a medium mixing bowl, combine all of the cake ingredients. Spray a cake pan with non-stick spray and flour it lightly. Pour cake batter into pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove cake from oven and turn upside-down on a plate or platter. (As it cools it will slide out of the pan.) Put aside to cool. Once the cake is cooled and removed from the pan, mix together all of the Icing ingredients in a small bowl. Beat until the icing is fluffy and smooth. Spread icing on cake and REFRIGERATE IMMEDIATELY. Cake must be refrigerated until served.
