Introduction

I love meatloaf. But, I hate the sodium. So, I did a meatloaf that does that for us. I love meatloaf. But, I hate the sodium. So, I did a meatloaf that does that for us.

Ingredients

    1 Packet Mrs Dash Meatloaf Seasoning
    1 Lb. Ground Chuck
    1 Lb. 93% Lean Ground Turkey
    1/2 Cup Egg Beaters
    1/2 Cup Fat Free Milk
    1 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
    6 Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
    1/2 Cup chopped Onions
    1/2 Cup Chopped Green Peppers
    1/4 Cup Classico Tomato and Basil Sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Put everything but the sauce into a bowl and mix well. Form into a loaf and then put the sauce on top. Baked in the oven for an hour.
