Number of Servings: 10

    1 lb lean ground beef
1 package (approx 3 tbsp/9 tsp) Old El Paso taco seasoning
    1 cup water
    1 onion, chopped

Heat a frying pan or skillet to medium-high heat. Lightly brown the onion in a little bit of olive oil, then add the ground beef.

Cook until all pinkness is gone from the beef. Drain the juice and fat from the pan.

Add the taco seasoning and one cup of water and stir. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook until it comes to a boil, about 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Makes about 8 -10 servings of beef. Serve with hard and soft tortillas, chopped vegetables, cheddar cheese, and sour cream.

Number of Servings: 10
