Introduction

Ingredients

    50g Margarine
    50g Chunky peanut butter
    200g Oats (dry)
    50g Dark brown soft sugar
    2 Tbsp Golden syrup
    50g Pumpkin seeds
    20g Walnuts
    Juice of 1 orange
    Orange zest optional

Tips

Any nuts and seeds can be substituted as a variation as long as the quantities remain the same.


Directions

-Melt the margarine, peanut butter, brown sugar, golden syrup gently in a pan until combined.
-Take off the heat and add the oats, seeds, nuts and orange juice/ zest.
-Once it's all combined, put into a ovenproof dish lined with greaseproof paper.
-Bake for 20-25 minutes or until just golden on the top.
-Allow to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
-Enjoy!
