Ingredients

    3 large eggs
    1 c skim milk
    3/4 c water
    1 T butter, melted
    1 c flour white whole wheat flour
    1/4 t salt
    1 t vanilla extract

Directions

Mix dry and wet ingredients separately. Using a whisk, slowly add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Let set for 15-30 minutes. Using non stick pan, heat to medium high. Add a scoop of batter and cook both sides so they have golden spots.

Serving Size: makes 10 crepes
