Ingredients

2 lbs of Frozen Chicken
1 15 oz can of black beans - drained and rinsed
2 cups frozen corn
1 15 oz jar of Salsa
4 oz chicken broth
1 t cumin
1 t garlic powder
1/4 t cayenne (or more to taste)
2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
8 oz Cream cheese
Tips
Add heat by using hot salsa and/or increase cayenne pepper in 1/4 t portions.
Directions
Place frozen chicken in crockpot. Add black beans, corn, salsa, and spices & 4 oz chicken broth. Cook on high for 4-5 hours until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Turn off crockpot and place block of cream cheese on top of mixture. Sprinkle each serving with cheddar.
