*Baby Carrots (9 carrots), 1 serving (remove)
*Frozen green peas, 0.25 cup (remove)
*Vigo Extra Virgin Oilve Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
*Salt, Sifto Table Salt, 0.5 tsp (remove)

Directions
Measure and soak all Dal for 5 to 8 hrs. in a pot. In a Mixer/Blender blend with yogurt add water as needed for blending do not add too much water leave the batter thick let it stay for 10 to 12 hrs. for fermentation ( I leave it for overnight) In the morning or after 10 to 12 hrs. add Sooji, shread Dudhi (Drain all the water out) and finely chopped Methi, crushed ginger-garlic-green chillies. Add Turmeric powder,Red mirchi powder, salt, roasted crushed peanuts, peas,carrots, corrinader leaves finely chopped(save some for tadka), sugar and lemon juice. Preheat Oven at 375F. Add Eno and stir it well and pour it into pregreased Pan and place it in the oven. Heat 1 tbsp. olive oil in a pan add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,little bit o sesame seeds-turmeric powder, red dried chillies, cinnamon stick, curry leaves and hing and coriander leaves after about 40 min. take it out and add tadka to it - sprinkle rest of the sesame seeds all over along with the above tadka evenly all around. Place it back in the oven and leave it for the rest of 50 to 55 min. till it is baked properly - ti check if baked insert a kinfe and see nothing sticks to it. Then it is done. Take it out and let it cool for 25 to 30 min. Cut them into 24 even pieces.
