Ingredients

    2 c. four
    2 1/2 c. skim milk
    1 scoop Market Pantry Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
    1/2 t. vanilla
    1 dash salt

Tips

This recipe is modified from one I found here on SP. I wanted larger crepes, so I doubled the recipe, and also found I needed more liquid to make nice thin crepes.


Directions

Heat griddle to 350.

Spray with nonstick cooking spray.

Mix all ingredients together.

Use 1/2 c. measuring cup to scoop and pour serving size on griddle, cook for about 1 1/2 minutes and flip for same.

Serving Size: 7 - fairly large crepes
