Ingredients

    6 serv per packageCampbell's Slow Cooker Sauces Hawaiian ..., 1.5 cup (remove)
    *Pork Shoulder (pork butt, picnic roast), 72 oz (remove)
    Mangos, 1 fruit without refuse (remove)
    Tomatoes, Roma, Fresh, 1 Med, 2 serving (remove)
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 2 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)

Tips

Serve with coconut pineapple fried rice, and use some of the extra sauce to stir fry some broccoli.


Directions

Place all ingredients in slow cooker, chop veggies in large chunks.
Turn cooker on low for 7-8 or high for 5-6
