Introduction

add everything except tortilla chips and corn to crockpot. cook on medium heat for 6 hours when you have about 45 minutes left add the corn and shred the chicken. put over tortilla chips

Ingredients

    3 to 4 chicken breast
    2 cans stewed tomatoes (Italian Style)
    1 can of tomato sauce 8 oz
    1 jar of salsa
    2 cans of black beans
    1 bag of FROZEN corn
    tortilla chips (baked)
    cheddar cheese and sour cream if desired

Directions

put chicken in bottom of crock pot cover with salsa, stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce and black beans. cook on medium heat for 6 hrs or on high heat for 4 hrs about 45 minutes before you serve this add the corn. serve over tortilla chips. add cheese and/or sourcream to top it off just don't for get to add the calories for them!
