Ingredients

    3 C fresh mushrooms sliced or chopped
    6 medium carrots chopped or sliced
    3 large onions chopped or sliced
    3 large potatoes chopped or sliced
    3 C diced canned tomatoes drained
    3 cups pasta sauce
    1 package Boca Ground Crumbles

Tips

Give it a kick with Kayne Red Pepper or Red Pepper Flakes to help increase your metabolism.

Top with 1 oz of mozzarella.

Add 1-2 T Italian Seasoning mix to sauce.


Directions

Preheat oven to 400.

Combine canned tomatoes, pasta sauce and crumbles and head covered over medium heat.

Layer 1/3 of each of the veggies starting with potatoes. Spread 1/3 the sauce evenly.

Repeat 2 more times.

Bake uncovered 1 hour.

Serving Size: Makes 6 squares
