    6 Oz. Vanilla Non Fat Yogurt
    3 egg whites
    8 oz. diet 7-Up
    1 Vanilla Cake Mix
    1 small package Fat Free-Sugar Free Pistachio Pudding
    1 Tsp Vanilla

    1 box Fat free Sugar Free Pistachio pudding
    1 1/2 cups non fat milk
    8 oz. Tub Fat Free Cool whip


Mix 1 small box of pudding, vanilla yogurt, egg whites, 7-up, cake mix, and vanilla until well mixed. Pour into 9 x 13 pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.

When cool mix 1 box pastachio pudding and milk together and mix until thick. Fold in Cool whip.
