Introduction

This is a quick enchilada sauce. This is a quick enchilada sauce.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    2 16 oz. cans tomato sauce (low sodium)
    1 16 oz. can diced tomatoes
    1 cup water
    2 Tbl of unsweetened cocoa powder (I use Ghirardelli)
    1 Tbl of garlic powder
    1.5 tsp salt
    1 tsp black pepper
    2 tsp of ground cumin
    half a small can of diced green chiles (I use mild)
    1 beef bouillion cube

Directions

Stovetop, over medium heat, combine all ingredients and continue to stir. Once mixture begins to bubble, lower heat and simmer for about 20 minutes. Prepare enchiladas.
