Ingredients

    1 ripe nectarine, chopped
    1 cup fresh blueberries
    1/2 cup fresh raspberries
    1/4 cup honey
    1-1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    1 cup plain Greek yogurt
    2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint

Tips

Serve with Veggie Panini with Goat Cheese


Directions

Place nectarine, blueberries and raspberries
in a bowl. Stir together honey and lemon juice.
Spoon cup yogurt into each of 2 bowls. Top
yogurt with fruit; drizzle with honey mixture, and
sprinkle with mint.
