This is a healthy version of an icing or frosting you can smear over your cakes & slices or just dollop on top of a slice of that delicious banana cake. Ingredients

    What you will need:

    1 cup of greek yoghurt
    1/4 cup of Stevia - ground to a powder (use morter & pestle)
    1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence

Tips

Serve with one of my delicious healthy cakes.


Directions

Mix all ingredients together & put in the fridge or freezer for atleast 1/2 hour to thicken even more.
