    Beef, ground, 80% lean meat / 20% fat, patty, cooked, broiled [hamburger, ground round], 16 oz drained of grease.
    Mashed Potatoes, 3 cup
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp to cook onions are garlic in
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 1 clove chopped
    Corn, sweet yellow, canned, cream style, 1 can
    *Green Giant Whole Kernel Sweet Corn, 1 can
    *Cheese - Sargenta Reduced Fat 4 Cheese Mexican (1/4 cup), for top of dish.


cook onions and garlice in olive oil, when clear add ground meat, cook till done. Drain grease from meat, Put ground beef in bottom of 1 1/2 qt casserole. Add both cans corn mix together before adding over the meat. I used real potatoes cooked, then mashed them. add potatoes to top of corn. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cook for 30 min. on 350.

    I used 90% lean ground meat, and used just one can of creamed corn and a can of green beans..and some cooked carrots.. we like more veggies in ours.. also I used only 2 cups of mashed potatoes, I had from another meal... I used broth to cook the onions and garlic.. still was good.. - 11/5/18
