    1 cup Unsweetened Unflavored Almond Breeze
    1 scoop Whey Protein Isolate Unflavored
    1 pkg caramel cafe latte shake/pudding by idea protein
    2 scoops of crushed ice

Directions

put liquid in blender and add rest of ingredients. blend lightly, Add ice to blender until smooth. Pour into 2 8 oz glasses.
