A easy egg loaf in a soup cup A easy egg loaf in a soup cup
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    3 egg whites
    1 tbsp Chopped Green Peppers or red or yellow peppers
    1 tbsp Water
    1 tsp Hot Sauce
    1 Thin slice of Fresh Tomato (chopped)
    1 Dash of Pepper
    1/2 cup of Quick Oats 1 minute Oatmeal
    1 tbsp Chopped Onion
    1 tbsp Ketchup

Directions

Prepare by coating soup cup with non stick spray.separate egg whites, add water, whip,chop onions tomato and peppers add and mix, add hot sauce and black pepper mix. Put in soup cup or custard bowl. Put in Microwave and cook for 3 minutes. Serve with ketchup
