Ingredients

    10 dates, pitted
    1/2 lemon juiced
    3/4 cup water from dates

Tips

will keep for up to 3 weeks in the fridge. Use to sweeten drinks or foods as you would any other sweetener


Directions

soak dates in spring water for at least 20 minutes then
place in high speed blender along with lemon juice and 3/4c of water the dates were soaked in. Blend on high till smooth. Place in air tight container and refrigerate.


Serving Size: makes about 1 cup or 16 tablespoons
