Ingredients

    Protein enriched pasta, 1 lb
    Mushrooms, 1 lb
    Zucchini, 2 medium baby
    Garlic, 2 cloves sliced
    Romano cheese, 1/3 c
    Skim milk, 1/2 c
    Oregano, basil, salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Throw all ingredients except milk and cheese in a stock pot with 5 cups water. Cover. Simmer until pasta is al dente and liquid is absorbed. Too with milk and cheese

Serving Size: About 1 1/2 cups
