Introduction

Great for making chocolate milk! Great for making chocolate milk!
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1/2 cup cocoa powder
    2 cups Swerve
    1/2 tsp. salt

    1 cup water

    1/4 tsp. vanilla extract

Tips

Try over ice cream or in a glass of almond milk for a low carb treat.


Directions

Mix cocoa powder, Swerve, and sea salt in a small saucepan. Stir in water and mix until smooth. Cook over medium heat until the mixture just comes to a boil. Gently boil and stir for 3 minutes. Remove from heat.

Allow to cool and then add vanilla extract.

Serving Size: 2 tablespoons

0.6 net carbs per 2 T. serving.

    This is great tasting and not bitter. It is, though, very thin and reminded me or a Torani brand sf type syrup. One major problem with this is that it crystallizes very quickly and has to be reheated to try to control when using. - 11/21/18
