Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    ¼ cups Chia Seeds
    1 cup Sweetened Almond Milk
    1 Tablespoon Honey
    1-¼ teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl with lid or mason jar. Whisk together for one to two minutes or until everything is well incorporated. Cover and place into refrigerator. After 3 hours, remove lid and stir briskly so that chia seeds break up into mixture.

Replace cover and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight. When ready to serve, mix well. Top with fruit, if desired.

    I found this a good basic recipe that I can add fruit purée to to vary the flavor. Thanks for sharing. - 7/11/17
