Ingredients

    1 C. sugar
    1/2 C. butter
    2 eggs
    1/3 C. milk
    1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple
    3 C. Bread cubes

Directions

cream butter and sugar ... add eggs and beat well ... stir in milk and pineapple ... fold in bread cubes

Pour into greased 8x8x2 baking dish ... bake at 350 - 45 minutes
