    Beet greens (that leavy stuff that decorates the beet root!) Spinach, cucumber, green (or red or yellow or orange) bell pepper, hard boiled eggs, and a vinaigrette. I used Balsamic because it was what I had in my fridge...

also, some veggies have chemicals on them from the farm, so really, be sure to clean your vegetables before you make your salad.

No cooking involved...Simply be sure to clean all your veggies before making your salad so that you don't get any dirt clots or rocks in your meal...
