Ingredients

    1 (2-oz) wedge Brie, at room temperature
    1-1/2 tablespoons fig preserves
    1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    4 thick slices sourdough bread
    1/2 lb thinly sliced deli roasted turkey
    1 ripe peach, peeled and sliced
    6 large fresh basil leaves
    2 tablespoons melted butter

Tips

Serve with Watermelon, Onion and Feta Salad


Directions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Cut Brie
into thin slices. Stir together preserves and
mustard, and spread over 1 side of each bread
slice. Top 2 bread slices with turkey, cheese,
peaches, basil and remaining bread slices,
preserves sides down. Brush outsides of
sandwiches with butter. Grill sandwiches,
without grill lid, until toasted and cheese is
melted.
Note: Feel free to cook these sandwiches in a
grill pan or panini press, if desired.
