Ingredients

    1 Cauliflower, Large Head
    2 tsps. Coconut Oil

    You can add garlic or curry etc.

Tips

Do not Steam, or cook in the microwave it will take on too much water. You may bake it also at 425F. Spread cauliflower on baking sheet baking for 15 minutes turning the rice once during cooking time.


Directions

Remove heart of cauliflower, cut in large pieces, transfer to food processor. Chop to desired consistency.

Heat coconut oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium high heat and add chopped cauliflower.
Cook for approximately 5 min. or until desired consistency. Use like you would regular rice. You may add seasonings for example curry, or garlic. Be creative.
