Introduction

Everything that I love on my foot long sub, minus the bread and cheese. Everything that I love on my foot long sub, minus the bread and cheese.

Ingredients

    6 thin slices of smoked turkey deli meat (shaved)
    1 1/2 cups Romaine Lettuce
    1 cup spinach
    1/2 cup cucumber
    1 small tomato
    2 tbsp. onion slices
    1/2 cup bell peppers
    5 black olives
    1/4 cup jalapenos
    1 tbsp. vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Slice and chop all ingredients. Add vinegar, salt and pepper and toss well.

Serving Size: Makes 1 X-large salad, (or 2 side salads)
