Ingredients

    3 green onions, finely chopped
    1 and a half stalks celery, finely chopped
    1 medium tomato finely chopped
    2 preserved lemon wedges, chopped very fine
    1 can (or two cups cooked) each red kidney beans, chickpeas and pinto beans
    1 tsp oil
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1/2 tsp garam masala
    1/2 teaspoon dried salsa seasoning
    1 tsp minced garlic

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Refrigerate 2 hours or until well chilled.

Serving Size: makes 6 - 1 cup servings
