Ingredients

    Garlic, 20 cloves (remove)
    Chicken Soup for the Soul Chicken Broth, 1.5 cup
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    OSEM Pearl Couscous, 1.5 cup
    Water, tap, 0.5 cup (8 fl oz)

Tips

You may add additional seasoning if you like. I have added onion powder and a touch of chili powder in the past.


Directions

Peel and chop garlic, add EV olive oil to pan heat and saute garlic till golden brown. Add couscous and stir until browned. Add your salt, pepper according to taste. Add the 1 1/2 c. chicken broth and 1/2 c water bring to boil, reduce to simmering, cover and allow to simmer 8 to 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
